We specialise in Refurbishment Construction on all manor of buildings and changes of use, from temporary works to form new openings, to structural changes, specialist concrete repair and restoration, to everything in between. We work closely with Historic England & English Heritage when relevant.
Concrete Cutting & Diamond Drilling
We utilise a wide range of cutting & drilling equipment as each job has specific requirements. However, we do use the best quality equipment to provide the most accurate cutting techniques to give the best result. Our Diamond Drillers & Sawers are fully trained professionals to ensure correct and safe usage of our machines, as well as producing the best results for our clients.
The DOFF and Torc cleaning methods

We have many years of experience working with Historic England so that we can restore and maintain your property in an empathetic way.
We only use environmentally friendly products which help to preserve our historic buildings as well as helping to maintain newer builds for the future. Our stone cleaning equipment also incorporates the leading brands in this field, Doff and Torc.
Doff is the gentler way to remove such things as moss, algae, paint and other lighter surface growth and dirt. The Doff cleaning method is the preferred cleaning system used by Historic England as it is the most effective yet kindest system on the market. Whilst it heats water to 150 degrees centigrade, it only delivers at a rate of 5 litres per minute, minimising any excess water damage and giving a far gentler approach to the cleaning. This ensures the substructure is left undamaged while the surface area is cleaned and renewed.
The Torc system of cleaning is a complete stone cleaning system which is gentle but powerful. It is designed and sold exclusively by Stonehealth who introduced it to the market some 20 years ago. They are the experts in their field which is why CCC Ltd is an approved Rosette Contactor of Stonehealth.
No job is too large or too small but because every job is different, once you make contact with us, our experienced cleaning engineer will come and make an inspection of your property, so that we can give you a detailed quote for the work that needs to be done.
Such works may include:

Initial surface scrape to remove moss

Disconnection of gutters and connection of temporary downpipes, so that your water systems don’t get blocked

Erection of temporary scaffolding

Removal of any residual moss, leachings and other surface contaminants with the DOFF or Torc cleaning method

Reconnect any guttering etc., removed

Leave site clean - Upon completion of the clean, all gutters, downpipes and gullies will be reconnected and cleaned too.
